Before We Arrive
Clear personal items from the work area, mark anything that must stay, and let us know about septic tanks, wells, irrigation lines or anything unusual underground. We handle permits and utility releases, we’ll tell you exactly what we need from you, if anything.
During The Work
Keep people and pets clear of the work zone at all times. Our crew follows a fixed written scope, if you want to add or change something, talk to the crew lead and we’ll confirm any change in writing before doing it.
Payments
The price is the written number you approved. We invoice per the schedule in your agreement, and you’ll receive disposal or recycling documentation when applicable.
After We Leave
Your site is left clean, graded and inspection-ready as scoped. If anything looks off, call us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right: (510) 804-1333.
